Actress Esha Deol was recently spotted at a rally campaigning for mother Hema Malini in Mathura. Pictures and videos surfaced online, and netizens trolled her for plump lips. People speculated that she might have gotten lip fillers.
Esha did not seem too bothered by the trolls. She took to Instagram on Monday and shared a video of herself while campaigning in Mathura. Esha visited temples, greeted people from MP Hema Malini’s constituency, and danced on stage for the fans as well.
Esha wrote, “In solid support for my mother @dreamgirlhemamalini. Had a wonderful time with the youth of Mathura along with @ahana_deol_vohra & @vaivohra as we interacted with them at various colleges & encouraged them to step out & go vote.” She stated that she encouraged people to cast votes and interacted with the youth while supporting her mother with the campaign.
Esha Deol recently announced her separation from her husband Bharat Takhtani. The couple met when they were teenagers and tied the knot in 2012. They are parents to two daughters, Radhya and Miraya. Esha and Bharat married each other in an intimate ceremony at the ISKON Temple in Mumbai.
Esha featured in several films during her acting career, including Dhoom, No Entry, and more. She last appeared in the web series Rudra: The Edge of Darkness, opposite Ajay Devgn. Disney+ Hotstar released the series on its OTT platform. Esha will appear in Invisible Woman and share the screen with actor Suniel Shetty. Hema Malini joined politics in 2003; she joined the BJP, and she also served as a Member of Parliament. Malini is a two-time MP from Mathura, and this is the third time she is contesting elections.
