She started to have thoughts of committing suicide, and a friend of hers got her admitted to the psychiatric ward. She begged the authorities to let her go and give her interviews for jobs.
  • Radhika entered the corporate world and began working as a business analyst at an American firm named McKinsey & Company. She worked in the same profile until 2006.
  • She switched companies and worked at AQR Capital as a portfolio manager from 2006 to 2009.
  • Radhika founded, along with her two business partners, a capital investment company named Forefront Capital Management in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She worked there for four years. In 2014, after the company merged with Edelweiss Group, Edelweiss offered Radhika the position of business head, which she held from 2014 to 2017.
  • In 2017, the company promoted her to the positions of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. She received several awards and recognitions, appeared in the TEDx show, and was the youngest CEO at the age of 33.
  • Radhika made appearances on great platforms, and her company collaborated with the government of India as well.
