She switched companies and worked at AQR Capital as a portfolio manager from 2006 to 2009.
Radhika founded, along with her two business partners, a capital investment company named Forefront Capital Management in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She worked there for four years. In 2014, after the company merged with Edelweiss Group, Edelweiss offered Radhika the position of business head, which she held from 2014 to 2017.
