Now he had to face issues of being jailed under the Negotiable Instruments Act on several bounced cheques. 

The court also noted that Yadav has defaulted on at least four occasions on promises of payment despite previous leniency. His surrender was denied on the request of his lawyer to be released on interim bail so that he could attend a family wedding. After many arguments now court has now decided to have the next hearing on 16 February.
