Ranveer Singh and Kriti Sanon Visit Varanasi, Offer Prayers and Walk The Ramp

Bollywood actors Ranveer Singh and Kriti Sanon, along with fashion designer Manish Malhotra, marked their visit to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Varanasi, and offered prayers. People saw Kriti in an elegant yellow kurta-pyjama, whereas Ranveer wore a white kurta. Manish Malhotra donned a combination of pink and white.

Manish Malhotra turned Varanasi’s Namo Ghat into a runway as he revealed his collection at the two-day event that the Indian Minorities Foundation organised. Kriti Sanon and Ranveer Singh walked the ramp for the ‘Banarasi Saree- a vibrant portrayal of Indian culture and craftsmanship’ collection.

Videos surfaced on the Internet showing Ranveer in a metallic and dark-coloured sherwani, while Kriti donned a bridal lehenga. The background included earthen lamps and fireworks to bring it all together and make the event successful.

The event was amazing. I was talking to the other models backstage that we have walked in many fashion shows but this is once in a lifetime opportunity. Walking on the banks of river Ganga felt a million times better than walking in Mumbai’s 5-star banquet.

The actress last appeared in ‘Crew’ alongside co-stars Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Diljit Dosanjh, which entered the Rs 100 crore club.
