Sudhir Chaudhary has been working in the news field since the 90s. He started his career in media with Zee News. After that, he also worked in Mi Marathi and Live India. After that, he rejoined Zee News. It is said that Sudhir was also part of the squad of media persons who covered the Indo-Pak meeting of the then Prime Ministers Vajpayeeji and Musharraf in Islamabad after the attack on the Indian Parliament in 2001.

Sudhir left Zee News again in 2003 and contributed significantly to the launch of Sahara Samay, a Hindi-language news channel of the Sahara Group.
