What is the Supreme Court’s Latest Judgement on Stray Dogs?

The SC has modified its rules for stray dogs for the safety concerns of the people. It has been decided that stray dogs have to be vaccinated and released to their original areas. Public feeding will not be allowed; municipalities are asked to make feeding zones.
