Taapsee Pannu and Mathias Boe’s intimate wedding talk

Actress Taapsee Pannu tied the knot in an intimate wedding that took place in Udaipur. During a recent interview, Taapsee opened up about her wedding ceremony and stated why she chose to keep it a private affair.

Despite the buzz and leaked videos and pictures on the internet about the wedding, the actress chose not to make it official on any social media platform. She did not publicly acknowledge her relationship or the wedding details. 

When questioned about why she did not post any pictures or videos from her wedding, the actress stated that she wasn’t sure if she wanted to disclose her personal life to the public.

I just am not very sure if I want to let my personal life and the people involved in it, go through the kind of scrutiny that happens when a public figure gets married. It’s me who has signed up for this, not my partner, not the people who were involved in the wedding. I am not sure about how I feel about it being out there, that’s why I’ve kept it to myself.

The actress wanted to celebrate the moment with her close friends and family and didn’t want any sort of judgement from the people. She didn’t indulge herself in worrying about how people would perceive it, as such moments take place once in a lifetime.

However, Taapsee never intended to keep the wedding a secret but to share her moments of happiness with people who were genuinely close and mattered to her.

Taapsee Pannu and Mathias Boe started dating each other in 2013, and they met at the inaugural ceremony of the Indian Badminton League. Irrespective of their busy schedules, the couple managed to build their bond stronger and kept their relationship private. The couple tied the knot in March 2024 in an intimate ceremony in Udaipur.
