The series has crossed 1 billion watch hours which means that the series is surely going to be renewed for season 2.
Wednesday has proven itself to be one of the most successful original shows on Netflix by exceeding all expectations. Some rumors are suggesting that Netflix has given the green light for Wednesday season 2, but it is yet to be officially announced.
In week 1 (just 5 days), the series skyrocketed to number 1 by scoring 341.2 million watch hours. With a 20.5% increase in week 2, the number jumped to 411.2 million hours. Week 3 also witnessed an impressive success with 269.6 million watch hours crossing 1 billion hours in total.

Jenna Ortega will continue as Wednesday Addams. She will be joined by Catherine Zeta-Jones and Issac Ordonez as Morticia Addams and Pugsley Addams respectively. Hunter Doohan as Tyler Galpin is returning to reprise his role among other important characters.
