About the Film, 12th Fail

12th Fail is a 2023 Hindi-language biographical film that is directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and stars Vikrant Messy and Medha Shankr among others. Loosely based on the real-life incident of Indian Police Service Officer, Manoj Kumar Sharma, the film is related to the non-fiction book by Anurag Pathak.

Released theatrically on 27 October 2023, the film went on to earn accolades after premiering in the OTT giant, Disney+ Hotstar. After the success of the film in Hindi, it went on to release in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada dubbed versions.
