Sometimes, large notification banners interrupt and disable the high alerts or important notifications.

  • Long-press banner or Settings > Notifications > App notifications. App > choose category like messages > pop on screen or turn off notifications.
  • Another step for full-screen notifications. Setting > apps > special app access > full screen notification > toggle off the permission.
  • You can also use the do-not-disturb options for muting the notifications. These are good options if you are in a meeting or at a place where you don’t want distractions.
  • Reset your app settings. Setting > system > reset option > reset app preferences.
  • Manage the permissions of your apps. Settings > Apps > Special App Access > Appear on top.

  • First, try restarting your device.
  • Disconnect the hidden devices or the devices used before, and try to reconnect.
