Jr NTR To Make His Bollywood Debut With War 2

Jr NTR was spotted at the Mumbai Airport for his upcoming film War 2. Ayan Mukherji directs the film, and Aditya Chopra produces it under the banner of Yash Raj Films.

The film ‘War’ originally starred Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, Vaani Kapoor and Anupriya Goenka in pivotal roles, but the sequel to the film, ‘War 2’ will star Jr NTR, Hrithik Roshan, John Abraham, and Kiara Advani. 

Jr NTR is set to begin the shoot for the film on Friday. Hrithik confirmed that he is doing the film, whereas the makers haven’t made an official announcement yet. In a recent conversation with a film star, Hrithik stated that he was anxious after the release of ‘Fighter’ and concerned about the reviews and how people would perceive it. To get rid of the anxiety, he took the script of ‘War 2’ so that he could move on and focus on his next project.

Fans were thrilled to see Jr NTR in a blue shirt, dark shades and cap at the airport. The movie will hit the big screens on August 15, 2025, Independence Day. ‘War 2’ will mark the Bollywood debut of Jr NTR. 

NTR’s ‘RRR’ received immense love and appreciation from Hindi film viewers, and people would love to see him in Hindi films. 

Jr NTR has shot his upcoming movie ‘Devara Part 1’ opposite Janhvi Kapoor, which will hit the theatres on October 10, 2024, and NTR 31 is also in the actor’s kitty, which will mark its release in December 2024. Hrithik Roshan was last seen in the movie ‘Fighter’ this year, which ranked as one of the highest-grossing Hindi films in 2024. The movie made a collection of approximately Rs 337.2 crore. John Abraham will star in ‘Vedaa’ and ‘Housefull 5,’ which will be in cinemas on July 12, 2024, and June 6, 2025, respectively.
