Mythri Movie Makers dropped the official teaser of the movie ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ on April 8, which marks the birthday of Allu Arjun. The film stars Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles.
The film is the sequel to the blockbuster movie ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ and the story will continue with its second part. The official teaser revealed the look of Allu Arjun in the film. It begins with the shot of Jatara taking place, where the crowd is worshipping Goddess Kali and chanting prayers.
Allu Arjun has donned a jatara avatar with gunghroo, a blue saree, bangles, Trishul, and heavy eye makeup. The teaser ends with Arjun beating up the goons and revealing the release date. The makers will release ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ on August 15, 2024.
The actor also shared the posters for the film on his official Instagram account on his birthday and wrote, “I thank each and every one of you for the birthday wishes! My heart is full of gratitude. Please take this teaser as my way of saying thank you.”
Sukumar directs ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’, and Mythri Movie Makers along with Muttamsetty Media produce it. The movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Dhanajay, and Ajay. Devi Sri Prasad composed the music for the film, while BAFTA Award-winner Resul Pookutty and the Academy team handled the sound design.
Actor Allu Arjun received a National Award for the film ‘Pushpa’. Allu Arjun’s wax statue was also unveiled at the Madame Tussauds in Dubai, which marks one of his greatest achievements. The actor also shared a reel on Instagram posing with his wax statue donning a red suit and giving his iconic pose.
