Saiyaara Movie Review: Cast, Streaming Info & Box Office Update

Saiyaara is an intense love story that launches Ahaan Panday(Krish) and Aneet Padda(Vani) as the next Yash Raj Films hero and heroine, respectively. Directed by Mohit Suri, a master of the romance genre, who is already known for his past best movies, a few of them are Aashiqui 2, Ek Villain, which crossed the mark of 100 crores at the box office worldwide. Saiyaara is the debut of Ahaan Panday as Krish Kapoor, who is a musician in search of a big break. Aneet Padda as Vaani, a journalist diagnosed with the early stage of Alzheimer’s. In the supporting cast, Varun Badola, Rajesh Kumar, Sheeba Chaddha, and Shaan Grover (as Vaani’s ex).

Storyline

Saiyaara follows Krish, a young egoistic musician, and Vaani, an aspiring journalist, healing from heartbreak. When Krish discovers her writing, their creative bond turns into love. Their lives take a painful turn when Vaani is diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s. As she starts to lose her memories, Krish is faced with a heartbreaking choice of chasing his dreams or staying by her side. In the end, he chooses love and stays with her, even as she slowly fades away.
